After months of trying to figure out how we were going to provide all the new graphics displayed on our website, we have finally implemented the solution. Many of the designs shown on the various Occasions pages are from our monthly Wrapper Club from 2006 through late 2007. Since these were added to our website on December 18, 2008, anyone who purchased MyWrapper Platinum after that date was entitled to get them at no additional charge. They can also be purchased individually by anyone owning MyWrapper Platinum but use caution. If you decide you want a whole bunch of them, it will be far cheaper to purchase the latest version of MyWrapper Platinum.
One of our customers did not enter her email address correctly and was charged nearly $220.00 for the wrapper backgrounds. Of course, we spotted the error and refunded the entire $220.00 since she had purchased the software after December 18, 2008.
As has been the case with our software since its first publication, emphasis is on ease of use. To that end, all a user needs to do is download the file with the background wrappers and open it by double clicking on the icon or by clicking on the Run or Open button after the file is saved (if the checkbox is not checked so the dialog box will not close after the download is complete). The files will be automatically installed into the correct MyWrapper folder and integrated into the program. The next time MyWrapper Platinum is started the new designs will appear at the top of the screen for the appropriate Occasion.
